Tibetan Incense Special Herbs is hand rolled from natural herbal ingredients, with no bamboo stick in the centre. Hand-rolled incense has been used for many hundreds of years in the Himalayan regions of Tibet, Nepal and Bhutan and is deeply rooted in Tibetan culture. When burned, Tibetan incense produces a rich, earthy and pure aroma that can help calm and soothe a restless mind. It is widely used to purify the environment and as an aid to meditation and relaxation. In Tibetan medicine, it is often used to relieve depression, stress and anxiety. A daily offering of incense or sang is an important part of Tibetan culture and most homes and monasteries will have a place set aside for an incense offering.

This Tibetan Herbal Incense is made from trees growing in the mountains around Tsurphu Monastery in Tibet after His Holiness the Third Karmapa Ranjung Dorje blessed the barren mountains with his hair. The trees that stood there are widely known in Tibet to be beneficial for purifying disturbing obstacles, driving away evil spirits and bringing good luck.

The sticks are made of herbs and plants, which are used in Tibetan medicine, especially during religious ceremonies and meditation. The warm smell envelops and gives purity and tranquility. The plants that grow in this area are said to have strong healing powers, which is due to their closer proximity to the gods.

Instructions for Use：

• Light the incense stick and place it in an incense burner.
• Always burn the incense in moderate amounts to avoid overheating it.
