Cotton Buddhist Zen

Burgundy cotton Buddhist Zen, usually worn by Tibetan Buddhist practitioners during meditation practices.

This Zen is warm and cosy, yet light enough to keep you alert during morning meditation practice. It is perfect for all seasons.

It is believed that when you wear a Zen when meditating, it retains the energy built up by meditation. This energy has positive effects on your mind. When meditating, the body tends to cool down. The meditation zen provides extra warmth to the body. This prevents the mind from getting distracted.

We have different varieties of traditional Tibetan zen and zenthas.

Care:

• Dry cleaning. Either hand wash cold and hang or lay out to dry. Be sure to use a wool-friendly detergent.
