Orders and Shipping

On the homepage choose the My Account option and you can start the process of creating an account. You can also create an account during the checkout process.

For technical reasons, it is not possible to place orders by phone or fax. You can send us an e-mail with your order details.

You can only check the status of your order if it was made through your customer account. To check it, access the Orders menu in My Account.

Our shop guarantees the highest level of security for each purchase. Data is collected using the most technologically advanced encryption systems (SSL). In addition, the online shop uses the Stripe system to ensure maximum protection of your data. Security during the payment process is guaranteed as all data is transmitted in encrypted SSL format.
For payments with Visa and MasterCard only SEC transactions (Secure Electronic Trading) are accepted. After confirmation that the card is part of the SEC system, a connection is made with the issuing bank so that it authorises the customer to make the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authentication, the charge is made with the card. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Yes, if you want a product that we do not have in our shop just send a message with the link or image of the product and we will talk to our suppliers in order to get the product, if possible.  Usually it takes 15 to 30 days for us to receive the products.

Orders are normally processed the same working day if placed by 12 noon, otherwise they will be processed the next working day.

Yes, we ship worldwide!

The courier company delivers Monday to Friday during office hours, and it is not possible to pre-arrange deliveries. The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel for 2 consecutive working days, leaving a notification at each attempt, as well as a telephone number should you wish to contact the courier. After the second attempt, the courier will return the parcel to our warehouse.

Deliveries are made by CTT Expresso with delivery record. If you wish to use another carrier please contact us.

We accept returns for 14 days on items that have not been opened and are in good condition. 

Unfortunately to err is human, sometimes these mistakes happen, but don’t worry, we take care of everything.

Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. If it has been shipped, you can cancel but you may have some costs, such as shipping costs and return to the warehouse. 

Yes, when products are out of stock, simply enter your email address on the product page and as soon as they are back in stock you will receive a notification.
