This Interdependence Knot Wrist Mala is made in sandalwood with 22 8mm beads and white gold metal separator with the Independence Knot. The circumference of the bracelet is 18cm and can stretch a little to put on the wrist as the beads are joined with an elastic cord and finished with beads of the same material and white metal rings.
For many a mala can simply be a physical reminder of positive intentions and for others it can be a meditation tool often used within religious practices. There is no one correct definition or meaning of what a mala is, it is up to each individual to determine what their mala means to them.
Wrist malas are ideal for on the go practices or simply to use as an accessory. Wrist malas are suitable for mantra recitation, mindfulness practice, meditation, yoga, prayer and reflection.
Handmade in Nepal
Caring for your mala:
- Please do not wash your mala or wear while bathing or sleeping, as this can weaken the mala’s thread.
- To clean your mala: gently wipe the beads with a damp cloth and place in moonlight or sunlight to dry.
